Bereavement, grief and loss can cause many different symptoms and they affect people in different ways. There’s no right or wrong way to feel.

As well as bereavement, there are other types of loss such as the end of a relationship or losing a job or home.

Offering one to one sessions where you can explore your grief with me. You can talk about the person who died, how their death is affecting you, and how you are coping. Using my experienced counselling skills, i will help you to understand what you are going through and develop coping strategies.

Our sessions offer a safe, confidential space for you to explore emotions.  It helps you explore feelings and thoughts and make sense of your world.
